There’s so much turbulence in life now, that I don’t know if a peaceful normality still exists!  And even though we’ve been aware for a long time that the world is filled with ever-increasing problems, caused by both man and nature, it seems that life has suddenly become more unpredictable, unstable and scary for us, as coping strategies we’ve used in the past fail to work any more!

 
We conduct our lives using a reactive trial and error philosophy, which can work to an extent.  But as there will always be natural hurdles of life to face, which most of us choose to avoid if we can, it’s more constructive to have a proactive perspective, which enables objective vision of the bigger picture of life. Whereby even though you feel distressed, you can still manage your problems and emotions effectively and create the life you want!

We all want to feel in control and believe we have personal power that secures our position in life.  And we all seek something or someone to trust that can make us feel safe and secure. But this searching causes innumerable problems that can escalate the fear we’re trying to avoid. Because whilst we strive to identify the answers to our problems, we struggle to maintain our rigid pathway of emotional safety. Meaning we get stuck in despair because we don’t know how to cope with guiding feelings or thoughts that try to convince us to take actions that may help our cause, but which we would rather not do.

Most of us are on a search for something to make us feel better, but we have to understand that real power does not belong to others, whoever they are! Or to spirit, God or the universe! Creation belongs to each of us, where all that we are and wish to be, is governed by our mentality! Only we don’t realise how we misuse our creative power, because we don’t always know we have it!

Regardless of what’s causing our problems, when we’re unable to placate our fear and anxiety, it has to be remembered that positive change is easier than we think, because the real battle we face is usually within our own mind! But failing to recognise how our mind controls all that we say, do, think and feel, means we continue to automatically react to unstable negative and destructive fear prompts. So if we want to improve our chance of finding happiness and success, we have to change our mentality and do things differently!

This means instead of reacting to ego-driven thoughts and impulses when we feel afraid and vulnerable, we make the effort to learn how to identify what we really feel and need, rather than constantly striving to avoid what we don’t want. As it’s only after we learn to control our mind, impulses and desires, that our full creative focus can be directed in the most productive ways to bring us what we really want!

Our precious life is ours and it’s our responsibility to ensure we give ourselves the best possible future.  But until we start to understand all that we are on an energetic level, and accept that we are more than just physical, we will never become all that we could be. And will carry on fruitlessly searching for a paradise that doesn’t exist!

Human consciousness is evolving because nature dictates it’s time for us to change!  Thus, we are being compelled to face our resistance and step beyond the paradoxical world of logic, where developing an attitude that allows us to connect to our higher self can support our growth.

Unfortunately there’s been so much hype about new-ageism that we’re in danger of missing the real point of evolution, which is not about becoming fanatical about spirituality and morality, or about developing psychic abilities.  Life is currently dominated by fear, which is negative energy that causes destructive power struggles. So our evolutionary need is to align our mind to a fear-free wisdom that can help us identify how to reduce internal conflict.  As it’s only when our internal and external worlds unite, that we can become complete as one unified being, and thus feel calmer and more confident!
 
Our egotistical fear mentality causes havoc to life, and is blocking our higher consciousness.  But if we learn to align our mind with universal wisdom, perhaps one day we will each start to believe we have the right to exist and be happy. And because we’re not afraid any more, we might be able to allow our soul to emerge from the darkness!

Universal reality is not yet incorporated into human reality because we struggle against the intangibility of the unknown. We have a soul and spiritual nature that is neglected, and even though we currently have little concept about life on other dimensions, it does exist! So we must find ways to connect to higher intelligence if we are to ensure human survival!  But this won’t happen overnight, and we can’t do it alone!
